Dior Spring/Summer 2027 bags: Organic Whimsy and Redefined Lightness
Dior Spring/Summer 2027 bags: SACLÀB’s 5 favourites
The collection redefined timeless elegance through organic, flowing constructions. Corseted Bar jackets paired with circle skirts and fluid trousers created the concept of summer suits, while Chiffon dresses blossomed at the hip. Metallic python-effect leathers created an accent to organic chiffon designs. Long drop earrings and petal garlands cascaded from ear to shoulder. Ivory, cream and black anchored a palette of pastels, broken up by stripes, houndstooth and vibrant flower prints. This season’s womenswear is marked by effortless lightness and refreshed reinterpretations of Dior’s heritage. Yet, as the silhouettes set the mood, it was the Dior Spring/Summer 2027 bags that drew us in.

The Fishnet Fringe Bag
Fringe has become one of Anderson’s signatures at Dior. It first appeared in his Fall–Winter 2026–2027 Haute Couture collection and now reaches ready-to-wear with a lighter touch. This bag sways with every step, as its fishnet body is wrapped in a graphic black-and-white Dior lettering print, covered with a curtain of contrasting fringe. A matching scarf is knotted where the strap meets the bag, and the gold-tone chain strap, threaded with black leather, keeps it polished. It comes in black and white Dior lettering, blush pink, vibrant rose print, and multicolored florals.

The CD Toujours Bag
The Toujours returns with a new approach to its finish and hardware. Where the original had eyelets, a gold-tone C now sits on one side and a D on the other, so the house initials meet when the bag is carried. This season it comes in deep navy ostrich, the distinctive quill pattern giving the soft, slouchy body real presence. Chain handles woven with matching leather hang from the initials, and a discreet gold Dior stamp sits low on the front.

The Biker Shoulder Bag
Anderson takes Dior’s most recognisable codes and gives them a harder edge, calling it his “Dior deconstructed” approach to Loïc Prigent. Soft Cannage lambskin, the quilting of the Lady Dior, is slouched into a generous shoulder shape and criss-crossed with biker zips. The D.I.O.R. charms, which have hung together from the Lady Dior’s handles since 1995, now work as zip pulls, scattered across the bag so the name only comes together in pieces. A curved flap pocket on the front recalls the Saddle, and an adjustable leather strap keeps it easy to wear. It comes in black and deep burgundy.

The Cannage Bowling Bag
Compact and east-west, this bowling bag takes Dior’s Cannage quilting somewhere unexpected. Plump, softly padded lambskin in deep burgundy is shaped into a rounded, zip-top form with a sporty edge. The C and D hardware seen on the new Toujours returns here, anchoring the twin shoulder straps, one initial on each side. The straps adjust so it can be worn on the shoulder or carried in the hand, and a discreet Dior stamp sits on the front. Readers of our Fall/Winter 2026 bag trends report will recognise the shape. Dior’s version proves the bowling bag is carrying on into spring.

The Cigale
Anderson’s first Dior icon returns in a new finish. The Cigale takes its name from Christian Dior’s 1952 La Cigale dress, which Anderson has called his favourite dress “in the history of fashion”. Its sharp, folded planes echo the dress’s sculptural shape. This season it comes in deep bottle-green patent leather, and the glossy surface appears almost holographic. A slim shoulder strap now joins the short top handle, making it accessible for wear day to day. The Cigale also comes in metallic croc-effect versions, a glossy finish to our edit of Dior Spring/Summer 2027 bags.
