Finance & Accounting Manager (f/m/d)

SACLÀB is the marketplace for waiting-list collectables and second-hand bags from Hermès, Chanel, Dior and more. We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Munich, with one common goal in mind: to drive faster growth and expand the prominence of SACLÀB among luxury clients.

We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated individual to assist with our payment processes and help us efficiently and quickly see all numbers at a glance.

The Chance to become our Finance and Accounting Manager:

Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Management and booking of invoices
• Allocation and control of incoming payments
• Assessment and Evaluation of the financial performance with regards to both short-term and long-term growth targets and operational KPI’s, budgets and forecasts
• Implementation, improvement and monitoring of financial and accounting processes
• Implementation of scalable processes for the management of invoices, payables and receivables
• Creation and implementation of company-wide processes in the areas of finance, planning, and controlling
• Preparation and presentation of financial strategy recommendations for the managing directors
• liquidity audit and overview of all important key performance numbers of the company

That’s you:

• Degree in Finance or Business Administration or education in the direction with a focus on Accounting and Finance
• 3 + years of working experience in Accounting / Finance
• Enjoying working with numbers, detail-oriented
• Structured approach to solving new challenges
• Ability to work with discretion when dealing with highly confidential information
• Experience in SevDesk / DATEV is an advantage
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic and passionate team, and a ‘can do’ attitude even if challenges are complex
• Excellent communication skills written and spoken in German and English.
• Passionate about startups and self-driven
