How to care for your bag
- We recommend trying the cleanser and balm on a small, inconspicuous area of your bag first before applying it to the whole piece.
- Use the Restoring Leather Cleanser to remove any dirt from the surface of your bag. Take a damp sponge or cloth and add 1–2 pumps of cleanser to it. Squeeze to generate foam. Apply to the leather, then wipe dry.
- After cleansing, use the Protecting Leather Balm to preserve the leather. Use a sponge to apply the balm in circles. Wipe off any excess and polish the surface with a clean and dry soft cloth. Its rich formula means that only a small amount of balm is needed. Additionally, we recommend avoiding seams and hardware to prevent any product residue from settling in those areas.

Protection and storage
Protect your bag from humidity, oily products such as make-up and sunscreen, (ball) pens, perfume and other alcohol-based products. Try not to overload your bag and give it a rest from time to time — however hard that may be.
If the bag comes into contact with water, wipe immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth. Protect it from prolonged heat and light, which may alter the colour and dry out the leather.
When not in use, store the bag in its dust bag and box, carefully stuff the inside with paper or bubble wrap to keep its shape. If your bag is equipped with a chain strap, keep it well-padded inside your bag to avoid imprinting on the leather.
Exotics
Exotic skins such as Lizard or Crocodile require specialised care and maintenance. You can use a dry microfiber cloth for occasional grooming, always in line with the scales.
We recommend handing it in for professional treatment every 12 to 24 months.
