Hermès Fall/Winter 2026 Bags: New Designs and Updates to Iconic Styles
Hermès continues to evolve its iconic bag lineup for the Fall/Winter 2026 season, introducing new silhouettes alongside thoughtful updates to some of the house’s most beloved designs. The runway showcased a balance between heritage craftsmanship, functional details, and modern styling. Here are the most notable Hermès bags from the collection.
The Return of the Hermès Plume
One of the highlights of the show was the Hermès Plume, a minimalist design that dates back to the 1960s. Known for its clean silhouette and understated elegance, the Plume remains a favorite among collectors who appreciate timeless Hermès craftsmanship. On the runway, the bag appeared in Ostrich leather in a combination of light grey and yellow, as well as in lime-green Veau Doblis. The fresh colour palette may also hint at upcoming Hermès shades for the next seasons.

Picotin Micro Debuts in Box Calf
Hermès also introduced the Picotin Micro in size 14, one of the smallest iterations of the popular bucket bag. Notably, the Picotin was shown for the first time in Box Calf leather, one of Hermès’ most classic materials. The runway versions appeared in heritage colours including Rouge Sellier, Noir, and a deep Navy, giving the playful silhouette a more structured and refined feel.
Kelly Bags with New Accessories
The iconic Hermès Kelly was presented with subtle yet innovative styling updates.
A classic Box Calf Kelly was paired with a mixed-metal chain strap, adding a contemporary touch to the otherwise timeless bag. Another interesting runway detail was a cargo-style protective cover designed to be worn over the Kelly. The accessory protects the bag underneath while creating the visual effect of a Cargo Kelly. The same cover was also seen styled over a Bolide, highlighting the collection’s practical and functional theme.

Garden Party Voyage
Continuing the utilitarian direction of the collection, Hermès presented the Garden Party in the larger Voyage size. With its spacious interior and relaxed structure, the oversized Garden Party reinforces its role as one of Hermès’ most versatile everyday bags.

A New Zip-Top Silhouette
Among the new designs was a rounded zip-top bag reminiscent of the Bolide. The bag appears to combine two different leathers, possibly Swift and Togo, and features short top handles. Similar to the Bolide, the zipper extends down the sides of the bag, allowing it to open fully for easier access.

The Hermès Fall/Winter 2026 collection shows a strong focus on functionality, craftsmanship, and heritage design. While iconic styles like the Kelly, Picotin, and Garden Party remain central to the brand’s identity, subtle innovations and new silhouettes continue to refresh the Hermès bag universe. For collectors and Hermès enthusiasts alike, the season offers a compelling mix of classic investment pieces and modern updates.
