Kelly 35 Vache Naturel Naturel

A rare vintage find, this Hermès Kelly 35 is crafted in Vache Naturel leather — an untreated hide that develops a unique patina over time. Featuring a structured Sellier construction and gold-plated hardware, this 1997 (“A” stamp) piece is entirely stitched by hand using Hermès’ saddle technique. The turnlock plaque has been replaced. No shoulder strap is included. The bag comes in good pre-loved condition with visible character from its previous life.
