Please allow up to 2 days for us to process your order.
SACLÀB delivers to wherever you need. Each item is expertly packed to ensure it arrives in impeccable condition and each parcel is shipped with a tracking number. We offer FREE Worldwide Express Shipping to all orders.
Non-EU countries
If you order from outside the EU, local duties and import taxes may apply. If you’re ordering from the United States, the US$ prices shown on saclab.com include all import duties and fees. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by SACLÀB and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law. All items are shipped from our headquarter in Munich.

Returns
Although great care goes into each item, sometimes returns are inevitable. We offer free returns for EU clients and our returns policy is as follows:
- Returns should be initiated within 14 days after receiving the item using the contact form
- We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for orders placed from or shipped outside of the EU
- The item must be in its original condition at the time of purchase
- The item must be returned including SACLÀB packaging and label attached
- Please dispatch your return within 3 days after receiving the shipping label
If you wish to initiate a return, please fill out our CONTACT FORM and we will get back to you with additional information about the process, shipment, and refund. We may require further information or photographs of the bag before accepting a return.
At this time we are not able to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange your bag, please return it and acquire your new bag of choice through the website or our consultants.
